HOW DO I PROCEED WITH THE PAPERWORK TO BECOME AN AFFILIATED ORGANIZATION IN ORDER TO  COLLECT TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS FOR MY TEAM?

NO NEW 501C3 APPLICATIONS AND REQUEST WILL BE EXCEPTED AFTER OCTOBER 1st OF EACH YEAR

Once the above has been completed contact Hartsell Athletic Association  and Top Gun Sports either by email at  Kristen@playtopgunsports.com 

Kristen will send you the paperwork needed to become an affiliated organization of the 

Hartsell Athletic Associations 501 C 3 

The Cost is $300.00 per team it is good for 1 year and covers all administrative fees.

We will not accept any request for 501C3 after October 1st of each year.
