***** IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE UPDATE - 11/13/09 @ 1:00pm *****
As many of you know Concord North Carolina has received 5 inches of rain this week. As a Thursday morning our plans are to start all games at 11:00am on Saturday (with the exception of one 8U game) to give Parks and Recreation, and Tournament Staff time to prepare fields. If we can start at 11:00am we should be able to play the entire event as the posted schedule. I would continue to check the schedule many times a day for any revisions, remember to hit F5 on your computer to get the last update.
If the weather cooperates with us we hope the fields will be playable. Everyone should understand and be prepared for play on wet fields. They will not be in the best conditions and we will not play until we fields are safe, but remember they will be wet.

Tournament Notes
The over 90 teams playing in this event many requests have been made to our office in regards to playing times. We will do this best possible to try and accommodate the requests, but with this many teams it is almost impossible to do so. Please be prepared to play the schedule posted.
Please use the web site if possible instead of calling the Top Gun Office. Staff is working on preparing the tournament.

8u Coach Pitch is a Division 1 tournament-Big Barrel Bats will be allowed
9u will play Modified Bases.

Please review Rain Policy on the web site. Please review Tie Breaker Policy on the web site. Some teams could be undefeated in Random Pool Play and not make the Gold Bracket due to Run Allowed. Be aware Run Allowed will be a major factor in your seeding to Bracket Play. Please be at your site one hour before game time.
