calendar days after which that player must not pitch the next calendar day.

An "inning pitched" constitutes a pitcher being officially entered into the pitching position. The pitcher will then be charged
with pitching that inning even if that pitcher does not throw a pitch.
Upon reaching the applicable individual pitching limit, the pitcher is immediately removed as pitcher.
EXCEPTION: When a game is suspended in mid-inning and continued on a future day, the pitcher of record is
charged with an inning
pitched just prior to suspension and also charged with an inning pitched immediately upon resumption of the game.
PENALTY: Upon discovery that the individual pitching limit has been exceeded, the pitcher is immediately removed
and both
the pitcher and head coach are ejected.

the offical score book.
9. BATTING LINE-UP -Teams have the option of batting the entire roster if desired. The rule is not mandatory and
is left up to each individual team. If all rostered players bat, then there will be no subs and an injury or sickness is an out the 1st time up to bat. Teams will receive only 1 OUT for the sick or injured player. However, the injured or sick player may not return to the game. You may use the last OUT MADE to be the courtesy runner. If a team falls below 9 players then it is automatically an OUT each time at bat.
If you are batting the normal amount of players with subs, then the subs or burnt subs are eligible to be the
courtesy runner.
10. EH and DH - Teams have the option of using both an EH and DH.
11. PLAYER MINIMUM - A team must have a minimum of 8 players to start the game. The 9th player will be
counted as an out until that player arrives. Coaches may choose to put that player anywhere in the line-up.
12. INTERNATIONAL TIE BREAKER RULE - This rule will be used for all games except the Championship
Game of Bracket Play. At the end of regulation innings or when the time has expired, place the last OUT MADE of
