please read our weather procedure FOR EVERY TOURNAMENT:

Friday  night - check fields - update as needed, watch the weather during the night- update as needed
Saturday-  6am - check fields - update as needed
Saturday -  7am - update as needed
The same procedure is followed for Sunday play. 

If rain occurs during tournament ball .. we play as long as safe for children to be on the fields. At any time it is not: WE STOP GAMES, we advise all parents to not leave the area & we use the 3 modes of communication noted above to update the schedule as we work on the fields to fix them &  We then continue & finish the games.
If you leave and games continue  - it is a forfeit -
If you do not show up assuming it is raining  - it is a forfeit -
if schedule changes due to weather on Saturday or Sunday then we are only doing our due diligence to make sure all teams get to play and we expect ALL  TEAMS to be compliant & understanding that weather is out of our control.

"CHAMPIONS IN  AGES 12U AND UNDER WILL RECEIVE (2) BATS AND RUNNER UP TEAMS WILL RECEIVE (1) BAT"

"CHAMPIONS AND RUNNER UP TEAMS IN AGES 13U AND ABOUE WILL RECEIVE ONE (1) BB CORE BAT"

welcome teams to the 4th annual battle of the bats charity drive for palmetto place children's shelter.  This has been our largest baseball event the past 4 years and this uear we will have the  addition of SOFTBALL!!  This should help us to pack the shelter with all they need to provide for the children they take care of... we can not thank you enough for your contribution this weekend. Every year when this tournament concludes Top Gun Sports of the Midlands also makes a monetary donation on top of items our staff contributes.

All teams need to make sure that you have an updated roster online prior to this weekend's tournament.  If you need assistance, please email or call the Tournament Director and they will be happy to help you complete this process.  All teams must have a current insurance policy naming Top Gun Sports as additionally insured on file with the Top Gun Office prior to the start of the event.
All teams should be at the facility at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time.
Coaches - Please have your teams prepared to start their games earlier than the scheduled game time.
