All teams must also bring signed waivers and give to site director prior to bringing your team into the park.
 
 
As the time to get back on the fields is drawing closer we encourage all COACHES to print the below RETURN TO PLAY waiver and distribute to all parents of all players on your team and have them fill out and sign and return to you.  You will need to give these along with a printed copy of your online roster for verification that we have a waiver for all players and coaches on your team to the tournament director upon arrival to the facilities in order to take the field and play.

 Our greatest priority is the concern for the health and safety of our players, parents, spectators, tournament host and staff. We are working hard to get back on the fields but need you all to understand that there will be guidelines that will have to be followed in order for us to do so.

5 & UNDER IS FREE 
PLEASE HAVE EXACT CHANGE – THIS WILL ELIMINATE A CLUSTER OF PEOPLE AT THE GATE AND EXCHANGING OF CASH BACK & FORTH.
 You will be given a bracelet to wear- YOU MUST  put this on your persoN (NOT ITEMS) ... this is not to be an argument but we will be allowing full use of football & soccer fields to social distance between games and our spectators must have these bracelets on to travel freely between all the facilities. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THIS WE CAN NOT ALLOW YOU IN THE BALLPARK.
THESE RULES WILL ALLOW US TO FUNCTION WHILE REMAINING IN GROUPS OF 25 IN SMALL SETTINGS/AREAS OR LESS

All winning teams will receive a Team Championship Belt and 12 Jumbo Championship Rings

All winners will also receive a FREE PAID BERTH to the June 20th tournament in Aiken, SC

  The Chamber office is closed on Saturdays but we do have a brochure kiosk outside our door if anyone is interested in that. We have a public art trail that is fun to look at when the weather is nice. -We have a nice new coffee shop that just opened in our downtown (right next door to our office) called Common Ground.

All teams need to make sure that you have an updated roster online prior to this weekend's tournament.  If you need assistance, please email or call the Tournament Director and they will be happy to help you complete this process.  All teams must have a current insurance policy naming Top Gun Sports as additionally insured on file with the Top Gun Office prior to the start of the event.
All teams should be at the facility at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time.
Coaches - Please have your teams prepared to start their games earlier than the scheduled game time.
