THIS WEEKEND AT THE FIELD PLEASE REMEMBER TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES AND HOPEFULLY MOVING FORWARD WE CAN ADJUST THE GUIDELINES TO MAKE IT EASIER ON TEAMS AND FAMILIES TO ENJOY THE GREAT GAME OF BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL AS WE KNOW IT.. TRUST ME WE ARE EXCITED TO GET THESE KIDS ON THE FIELDS & WE KNOW THE PARENTS WILL WORK WITH US TO MEET ALL GUIDELINES SET FORTH:
If you are not playing in a game, you are not to sit in the park – you are to move to the large football and soccer field located next to the fields. THIS IS WHERE ALL TEAMS CAN WARM UP PRIOR TO GAMES AND SIT BETWEEN GAMES IF NOT PLAYING BACK TO BACK. There is plenty of room for social distancing with these fields allowing all teams space!!!
PLEASE REPORT TO YOUR FIELD 20-30 MIN PRIOR TO GAME TIME.NO Post game meetings. If you are not playing back to back games then all fans, players, and coaches need to exit the facility immediately after the conclusion of the game to cut down on foot traffic in the same area. Again you will be allowed to fully use AREAS around the park to have meetings as a team but please practice social distancing.
Game schedules will include adequate buffer times between games to allow spectators, players, and coaches to enter and exit the facility with limited interaction.
ALL COACHES ARE REQUIRED TO CLEAN THE DUGOUT OF ALL TRASH AND DEBRIS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DUGOUT. ANY TEAM ENTERING A DUGOUT THAT FEELS THAT THIS RULE HAS NOT BEEN FOLLOWED PLEASE FIND A PARK OR TOURNAMENT STAFF MEMBER TO ADDRESS THE SITUATION. THIS RULE WILL BE ENFORCED AND HAS TO BE FOLLOWED TO ALLOW BASEBALL GAMES TO BE PLAYED.AS YOUR TEAM ENTERS PLEASE SPRAY ANY LYSOL OR DISINFECTANT THAT YOU FEEL IS NEEDED. THE PARK STAFF WILL BE GOING THROUGH THE PARK DURING THE DAY AND DOING THE SAME.PLEASE ALERT PARK OR TOURNAMENT STAFF OF CONCERNS IN BATHROOM OR PARK.
FANSFans are to be at least 6’ apart at all times unless as a family seated together. The park will have helpful lines located throughout the park to assist.
No fans will be allowed to sit behind home plate. Behind the Home plate area will be closed to all fans and should be closed off by caution tape.We highly recommend masks and/or gloves to help stop the spread of Germs AS YOU FEEL NEEDED ON YOUR PERSON.
No spitting seeds or gum are permitted on grounds.
All spectators must bring their own chairs as all bleachers will be closed and used for social distancing for coaches and players only.
Spectators may bring tents, but tents will be limited to immediate family only.
We highly recommend that all Coaches, Umpires, Participants, and Spectators bring and use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol and USE FREQUENTLY.
PLEASE DO YOUR PART TO THROW TRASH AND DEBRIS IN TRASH CANS – NOTIFY STAFF OF ANY ISSUES YOU SEE.
Players & CoachesAll coaches should print the RETURN TO PLAY Waiver forms off the website, distribute to all parents of all players on your team, and collect prior to the event. All waivers along with a printed copy of your online roster should be given to the site director --BEFORE YOUR TEAM ENTERS THE PARK.
IF THE WAIVER IS NOT SIGNED BY THE PARENTS OF THE PLAYERS AND TURNED IN WITH THE ROSTER THEN TEAM CAN NOT PLAY AND NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE TO THIS RULE.
Players and coaches will have designated areas during the game to keep everyone spread out ON THE BENCHES NEXT TO THE DUGOUT..WE WOULD SUGGEST BRING THE POP UP TENTS USED BY MOST FAMILIES TO PUT OVER THE BLEACHERS FOR THE TEAM.
Only ROSTERED Coaches are allowed in the dugout and it is a maximum of 4 per team & THOSE COACHES MUST BE ON YOUR ROSTER TO GET COACHES PASSES AT THE GATE.
On offense, each team should have one player at the plate, one player on deck, and 1–2 players in the dugout. All others must be socially distanced in bleachers next to dugout WITH COACHES ALLOWED IN ALL LOCATIONS AS NEEDED THIS WAY THE TEAM AND COACHES STAY TOGETHER BUT DISTANCED TO SUPPORT THEIR TEAMMATES.
We encourage all parents to supply their players with antibacterial wipes and hand sanitizer for disinfecting between innings.
No Handshakes, fist bumps, or high-fives before, during, or after the game. Coaches should ensure that players are adhering to social distancing in dugouts and other seating areas. At the conclusion of the game, the players are to line up on the 3rd and 1st baseline and tip their hats to each other and say good game.

Players, Coaches, and Umpires must bring their own water bottles. NO TEAM COOLERS.
Players and Coaches can wear PPE items if they CHOOSE to do so. Make sure those items do not inhibit a player’s safety while participating in the field. WE SUPPORT YOUR CHOICE ON THIS MATTER.
ALL TEAMS ARE TO WARM UP IN THE FOOTBALL FIELD NEXT TO THE BASEBALL FIELD AND REPORT TO THEIR FIELDS 30- 20 MIN PRIOR TO THE GAME. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CHECK WITH THE GATE/SITE DIRECTOR ON IF GAMES ARE RUNNING ON TIME.
