All teams need to make sure that you have an updated roster online prior to this weekend's tournament.  If you need assistance, please email or call the Tournament Director and they will be happy to help you complete this process.  All teams must have a current insurance policy naming Top Gun Sports as additionally insured on file with the Top Gun Office prior to the start of the event.
All teams should be at the facility at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time.
Coaches - Please have your teams prepared to start their games earlier than the scheduled game time.

Pool Games 9u-HS: 1hr 45min. Consolation games: 9u-HS: 1hr 30min. Consolation games can end in a tie. Championship Games for 9u-HS: 2hrs. The run rule will be in effect for all games. If time expires after the third out is made, a new inning will start. When time expires in pool play games and score is tied, only one (1) additional inning will be played with ITB rules in effect for the additional inning. If the score remains tied after the one (1) ITB inning, the ballgame will end in a tie. There will be no ties in bracket play. ITB will not be used in championship games - championship games play out till a winner is determined! We do not have a drop-dead time on any games. Saturday is random pool play to determine seeding for Sunday. **************please understand that baseball and softball run together - there are 9 fields of softball and 2 fields of baseball for this tournament***************
