Coaches— please check your schedule it has been updated due to rain that occurred all night and today in parts of chapin.
12u teams be advised that your scheduled location has changed,
Per the ICRC park crooked creek is under water and will not be able to be prepared for play tomorrow due to safety concerns.
You have been moved to our other fields indicated on the schedule 
(20 min from crooked creek)   —-Please show up as usual 1 hour early to warm up and prep to play because we will be glad to start earlier than scheduled if able!!

The tournament fee is due the Monday prior to the tournament by noon , after noon on Monday tournament fees are NOT refundable due to scheduling process already being started.

 team gate fees are to be paid via the link below by The Friday at noon  prior to your tournament.

The schedule will post no earlier than Wed & no later than Thur at noon

All teams need to make sure that you have an updated roster online prior to this weekend's tournament.  If you need assistance, please email or call the Tournament Director and they will be happy to help you complete this process.  All teams must have a current insurance policy naming Top Gun Sports as additionally insured on file with the Top Gun Office prior to the start of the event.
All teams should be at the facility at least 1 hour before the scheduled game time.
Coaches - Please have your teams prepared to start their games earlier than the scheduled game time.
