Gate Fees will be charged as you enter the parks. Gates are cash only.  No Debit or Credit cards.

Adults 13u & up $10.00 per day

Children 7u to 12u $8.00 per day

1.  No playing request were taken for this event as many teams are out of town and I cannot give late times to all teams.  SO ALL TEAMS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PLAY AT 800AM Saturday Morning. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE SCHEDULE SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.

2. If your roster is not up to date on the website you need to make sure that it is by FRIDAY June 17th at noon. If your roster is not online and up to date then I will have to remove you from the schedule.

3. ROSTERS must have a minimum of 1 head coach, 1 assistant coach and at least 9 players.  If a coaches name is not on the roster then they will not be allowed to enter as a coach and will not be allowed to coach on the field due to liability issues.  SO MAKE SURE ALL COACHES ARE LISTED ON THE ROSTER NO LATER THAN FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

4. Please be on your best behavior. The last couple of weeks we have had several teams suspended due to outrageous conduct by both coaches and fans. This is a YOUTH GIRLS tournament and no ugly behavior by anyone will be tolerated. ABSOLUTELY NONE AND NO PROFANITY PERIOD.

5. All 10u 12u 14u and HS teams will play 3 pool games on Saturday (ONE) Hour finish the inning and can end in a tie.  These pool games will seed Single Elimination Bracket or Brackets. ALL BRACKET GAMES for 10u and up will be (One) hour 15 minute time limit and CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES are (One) hour 30 minute time limit.  ALL 8u Bracket Games are 1 hour time limit.
