GUIDELINES:

 

"FREE PAID BERTH'S ARE ONLY VALID AND WILL EXPIRE ON THE DEADLINE

ENTRY DATE" FOR EACH TOURNAMENT

"ALL FREE PAID BERTH TEAMS THAT HAVE NOT CONFIRMED PRIOR TO 5:00PM

ON THE DEADLINE ENTRY DATE WILL BE REMOVED"

"IN ORDER TO USE YOUR FREE PAID BERTH YOU MUST HAVE CONFIRMED

PRIOR TO THE DEADLINE ENTRY DATE AT 5:00PM"

"ANY TEAM THAT ENTERS AFTER THE DEADLINE DATE MUST CONFIRM AS AN

"AT LARGE" TEAM AND WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FULL FEES"

 

 In order to activate these FREE PAID BERTHS, teams must participate
 in at least one of the ZONE QUALIFIERS.

SUMMER NATIONALS, SUMMER TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS and SUMMER WORLD SERIES require
teams to participate in one of the  SUMMER ZONE QUALIFIERS

WINTER WORLD SERIES, WINTER TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS and WINTER NATIONALS require teams to participate
in one of the WINTER ZONE QUALIFIERS
 
Playing in one Zone Qualifier in the Spring and one in the Fall will activate your berths for World Series and Nationals.
             1. If a Particular Age Division does not have enough teams to make and some teams are entered, we will NOT count the teams that entered that event as playing in a Zone Qualifier. Teams must find a Zone Qualifier and actually play to be counted.

   2.   If a Zone Tournament is scheduled and is a complete Rain Out, that event will NOT count for any teams entered that weekend. Teams would need to schedule another Zone Qualifier.

        3.  If a Zone Tournament cannot be continued due to Rain, and we can determined a Winner by following our Rain Policy, teams will get credit as playing in a Zone Qualifier.
