If your team has AAU insurance, You must give Top Gun Sports a certificate of insurance which list Top Gun Sports as additionally insured as well as a copy of all player athlete AAU membership cards that show that each player has the added benefit insurance cards that AAU offers.
If you did not purchase your team insurance from Top Gun Sports, You must request a certificate of insurance from that carrier listing Top Gun Sports as additionally insured.
