Teams will be taken on a first come basis until the tournament becomes full, not the deadline date.
Pre Paid Event and all teams must be paid by the
Deadline Entry Date. There will be no refunds if your team pulls out after the deadline entry date.
This includes any team that is
receiving Free Paid Berth to the event. ALL FREE PAID BERTH TEAMS MUST PLACE A CREDIT CARD WITH THE TOP GUN OFFICE TO SECURE THEIR SPOT. NO CHECKS WILL BE USED AS A DEPOSIT. If you use a credit card for payment and you have a FREE PAID BERTH then we will not run the credit card unless your team pulls out after the deadline entry date
1. If a Particular Age Division does not have enough teams to make and some teams are entered, we will NOT count for any teams entered this weekend. Teams would need to schedule another Zone Qualifier
3. If a Zone Tournament cannot be continued due to Rain, and we can determined a Winner by following our Rain Policy, teams will get credit as playing in a Zone Qualifier.
4. 8u teams that are playing with a free paid berth to the World Series and National Championships will now be required to play in their Spring or Fall Zone Qualifier Tournaments to be eligible.
